Legal — Terms, EULA & Privacy
The agreement you accept when registering your company on Freight Pilot ERP. Effective date: 1 October 2026.
Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026 — the "Agreement" accepted at registration.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Freight Pilot ERP (the "Software"), a cloud freight-forwarding platform operated by Shreeji Tech Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your company ("you", "the Company").
1. Account & Registration
- You must provide accurate company, contact and user information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including user passwords.
- One account belongs to one company; sharing credentials across companies is not permitted.
2. Trial & Subscription
- New companies receive a trial licence for the period stated at registration (currently 2 days).
- Access is granted only while a valid licence is active. When a trial or subscription expires, access is suspended until the licence is renewed.
- Paid subscription terms, fees and billing cycles are agreed separately in writing.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the Software only for lawful freight-forwarding, logistics and related business activity.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell or overload the service.
- Content you enter (jobs, parties, invoices, documents) remains your responsibility.
4. Availability & Support
We aim for high availability but the Software is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and support may cause temporary interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or expiry of the licence. On termination your right to use the Software ceases; data export requests may be made before termination where technically feasible.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
End-User Licence Agreement
Effective 1 October 2026 — licence terms for the Software itself.
This End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your licence to use Freight Pilot ERP. By registering you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Software for your company's internal business purposes.
1. Licence Grant
- The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights.
- The licence covers use by your authorised users within your company only.
- During trial and active subscription you may use all enabled modules and features.
2. Restrictions
- No copying, modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of the Software.
- No renting, leasing, sublicensing, selling or distributing the Software or access to it.
- No removing proprietary notices or attempting to access the source code.
- No use of the Software to build a competing product or service.
3. Your Data & Output
- Data you enter into the Software remains yours (or your company's).
- Documents and reports generated by the Software (BLs, invoices, filings) may be used freely in your business.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, upgrades or new versions. Such updates are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate licence.
5. Licence Key & Term
- Each company is issued its own licence key with a defined validity period.
- The licence is personal to the Company and may not be transferred to another entity.
- On expiry the licence terminates automatically and access is blocked until renewed.
6. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software. Provisions concerning ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.
